Terms and Conditions

PAYMENTS

Full payment is required prior to arrival. Payment is through Bank swift transfer.

a) A 30% deposit is payable on confirmation of the booking and the balance is due 28 days prior to arrival of the client.

b) Deposit required is varied with seasons.

c) Bank details will be made available once the clients have indicated willingness to pay.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW.

Reservations that are cancelled or reduced in length of stay or numbers are subject to cancellation charges and no show fees at the discretion of Game viewers Adventures as follows:

a) Booking cancelled or reduced in numbers between 40 and 34 days from the date of arrival, 20% of the cost will be charged.

b) Booking cancelled or reduced in numbers between 33 days and 15 days from the date of arrival, 35% of the cost will be charged.

c) Booking cancelled or reduced in numbers between 14 days and 5 days from the day of arrival, 50% of the cost will be charged.

d) Incase of cancellation within 4 days of the date of arrival, or incase of no show, 100% of the cost of the booking will be charged.
