Game Viewers and Adventures: Privacy Policy

Registration: For all programs, a deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival at the destination. If your reservation is made within the 60 days of arrival the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation.

Itineraries: Hotel, camp accommodations and sight seeing are all subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Game viewer Adventures reserves the right to amend the order of the programme as necessary. We shall try our best to ensure that all the programmes are operated on the original plans, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.

Cancellations: Cancellation received by Game Viewers Adventures within 60 days or more prior to arrival will attract 10% cancellations fees, 59 - 45 days 20% 44 - 25 days 30% 24 - 15 days 5% 14 days or less will attract 100% of programme cost.

Claims and Refunds: Refunds shall only be considered under very justified circumstances, other wise no refunds for any missed services. For any justified claims, the claims must be made in writing within two weeks after the completion of the tour, and be accompanied by supporting documentation. Adjustments will not be made for unused sightseeing trips or meals. All claims for days missed while traveling should be made within two weeks after the completion of the trip.

Costs and Arrangements: The quoted rates covers planning, handling and operational charges, and are based on the current rate of exchange. tariffs and taxes as at any current month. Game Viewers and Adventures reserves the right to increase the prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes and to reflect fluctuations on foreign exchange markets.

Game Viewers Adventures also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it to make such alterations in the itinerary as deem necessary or desirable, to refuse to accept or retain as member of the tour any person at any time, and to pass on to tour members any expenditure or losses caused by delays or events beyond it's control.

Limits on Game Viewers: Game Viewers, it's employees, directors, and agents do not own or operate any entity other than an agency, which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip. It purchases transportation( by aircraft, coach , train or other wise) hotel and other lodging accommodation, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. Game Viewers Adventures shall not be responsible fro any injury, loss death inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services.

Payment Inclusions and Exclusions

Accommodation on full board basis during the safaris and bed and break fast in Nairobi.
transportation by 7 seater safari minibus with English speaking Driver Guide.
park Entrance Fees to all the parks mentioned in the programmes both in Tanzania and Kenya.
game drives as specified in the programmes.
all the airport arrival and departure transfers.
1 bottled mineral water per day.
Game Viewers Safari hats.
Domestic Flights.

Exclusions

International Flights.
Items of personal nature, such as telephone calls, laundry services etc.
Tips to the hotel staff.
Gratuities to your driver guide.
Visa fees.
